{"id":88,"date":"2021-03-01T10:56:24","date_gmt":"2021-03-01T10:56:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/healticiken.com\/?p=88"},"modified":"2025-03-05T03:31:20","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T03:31:20","slug":"resep-fried-chicken-sehatala-healti-ciken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/healticiken.com\/en\/resep-fried-chicken-sehatala-healti-ciken\/","title":{"rendered":"RESEP FRIED CHICKEN SEHAT ALA HEALTI CIKEN"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bahan utama:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 ekor Healti Ciken potong 10 bagian<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 sdt bumbu penyedap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sdm chicken powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minyak kelapa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bahan tepung:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 kg tepung terigu protein sedang<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 sdm tepung sagu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sdt garam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 gram soda kue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sdt chicken powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sdt merica bubuk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bumbu celupan:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 putih telur<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml air<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sdm chicken powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cara membuat:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bersihkan ayam terlebih dahulu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taruh ayam dalam baskom, taburi merica, garam, bumbu penyedap,&nbsp;<em>chicken powder<\/em>. Biarkan selama 15 menit sampai bumbu meresap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kemudian, buat bumbu celup. Caranya dengan mengocok putih telur hingga berbuih dengan garpu atau whisk. Tambahkan&nbsp;<em>chicken powder<\/em>, aduk rata dan tuang air. Sisihkan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Untuk membuat tepung bumbu, campur semua bahan menjadi satu, aduk rata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ambil satu potong ayam, gulingkan pada tepung bumbu sebentar, lalu celupkan dalam bumbU celupan sebentar saja.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Angkat dan gulingkan lagi dalam tepung bumbu sembari memadatkan tepungnya pada ayam. Lakukan untuk semua ayam<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panaskan minyak, goreng hingga kuning kecokelatan dan matang dengan api sedang.
